shipping & Return policy

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES 

Due to the Covid-19  and its effect on postal deliveries, We expect that parcels will take a little extra time to arrive. This is beyond our control and we will make every effort to have parcels delivered as soon as possible.

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

a) Handmade items: Due to the custom nature of each product, the details surrounding the production time as well as shipping varies per item. Specific details surrounding production time and shipping will be listed under the description of each item. However, here is a general guideline regarding items in the shop:

  • Handmade items that are made and ready to ship: 1-2 business days.

  • Handmade items that are ready made and only need to add customization: 3-5 business days.

  • Handmade quilts and baby shower sets from scratch: 10 business days.

b) Fabric: shipping time: 1-2 business days

  • Mistakes made by Postal Carrier

  • Wrong addresses given by customers

  • PO box issues

  • Damages to order by delivery service

  • Stolen packages after delivery

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (varies per item). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

RETURNS

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at support@denymjones.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
