Every inquiry is handled on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, please understand small flaws are common. We are humans striving for perfection, not robots. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the following purchases: Purchases directly from www.denymjones.com and not applicable to sales made through any third party company.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer replacements, due to the handmade and customized nature of our products (excluding fabric). However, if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at denymjones1@gmail.com to discuss the issue.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

We do not offer any form of refund if you simply change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery, Please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that mail carriers may throw packages around like a Tasmanian devil so, we package our products with care and safety in mind.

(a) handmade product: We do not offer refunds however, if delivery caused damage send us time a stamped picture immediately of the damage package and pictures of the damaged products so we can try to come up with a resolution.

(b) fabric only: If delivery caused damage, please provide time stamped pictures immediately of the damage package and pictures of the damaged products so we can possibly issue a partial refund or store credit.
